About Me

For me, growing up in rural Arizona were exciting times filled with wonderful memories of friends, family and many a risky adventure. In my stories, I hope to give children reading my books a glimpse of the excitement I had in those years.

After working in U.S. Army Aviation for over 33 years, I retired and now spend much of my time hiking, taking pictures, woodworking, playing with grandkids and working on my projects. One of those projects is compiling pictures and stories of the many roadside memorials in Arizona (you can view some of them at arizonaroadsidememorials.com).
